At La Canadienne, being a leather and shearling specialist for over 70 years also means being able to guarantee everything we sell. Our belief is to offer durable clothing and, through our services, to extend and ensure their lifespan. For every item purchased in one of our stores or on our online shop, each customer receives a warranty card. All components will be repaired or replaced in our workshops.

Warranties on our La Canadienne brand *

Lifetime: seams, snap fasteners, buttons

For 2 years: zippers, linings, ribbing

 

Warranties on the brands we distribute (leather, shearling, fur, outerwear) *

Lifetime: seams, snap fasteners, buttons

Within 6 months of purchase and/or according to the brand's warranty extension: zippers

 

Warranties on ready-to-wear brands: Refer to each brand's warranties

 

* excluding shoes, bags, and accessories
