€1 spent = 1 point. A transaction is required within the following 24 months (workshop or purchase) to avoid losing your points.

  • €100 gift voucher for every €1000 spent starting July 23, 2025 on your next purchase

A voucher cannot be used for more than 50% of the total order amount.

Example: If you have a €100 voucher, you can use it on a product with a value of more than €200 (and which is not discounted).

A voucher cannot be used on a product already on promotion, on sale, or during Black Friday.

A €100 voucher cannot be used partially.

A voucher is valid for 1 year.

All of the above benefits, plus:

- Product reservations without deposit for 2 weeks

Gold Status: from 10,000 points

All the above benefits plus:

- A gift for each birthday

- One free degreasing per year on leather, skins, and furs purchased from La Canadienne

- One free alteration per year on 2 products (e.g., snag, zipper, lining)

- Personal shopper service: private use of the boutique outside opening hours is possible

How to join the loyalty program?

To join our loyalty program, simply place an order on our online store or make a purchase in one of our boutiques. An invitation will be sent to you to complete the following necessary information to activate your account: last name, first name, date of birth, postal code, and email address.

How to use my benefits?

Online: From your first order, we invite you to join the La Canadienne loyalty program. On your next visits, you will be able to view your accumulated points, your benefits, and your status as soon as you log in to your customer area.

In store: When you check out, simply provide your email to an advisor. You will be able to benefit from your advantages at the checkout.
