Delivery & Returns
We pay great attention to the preparation and delivery of your order.
La Canadienne charges a basic flat rate starting from €7 for each order to cover part of the shipping and insurance costs.
Standard delivery:
We entrust standard shipments (48/72h) to our partner Colissimo.
So Colissimo handles deliveries to post offices and Cityssimo locations.
- Delivery to Colissimo and Chronopost Express France Relay Point: free for any order, with no minimum purchase.
- Home delivery (Colissimo and Chronopost) France: free for purchases of €250 or more; below this amount, a €9 contribution is applied.
However, La Canadienne reserves the right to increase these shipping costs at any time for a particular item, destination, or department.
For international deliveries, the flat rate for delivery + insurance is indicated in the delivery step of your order process: "Delivery Method."
These fees remain unchanged even during promotional operations.
The estimated shipping time is specified for each size on each product page. The indicated time is when your item can be shipped from our logistics department if you choose Colissimo as the delivery method. La Poste then delivers your package in approximately 48/72 hours via Colissimo Suivi.
Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email confirming the delivery address and your package reference number. With this reference, you can track your package live on the Colissimo tracking interface.
If you are absent during the delivery of your garment, you can pick it up at the nearest post office within 15 days, with a valid ID.
If you notice upon delivery that the package you receive is open or damaged, you must make reservations with your postman or post office by clearly writing "damaged package - reservations made" on the delivery receipt where you need to sign.
Free delivery to La Canadienne stores
We have 4 stores in France. As such, we offer you the possibility to pick up your order for free in one of our 4 stores: Lyon, Paris, Annemasse, Chamonix.
This service allows you to try on your garment with the assistance of our advisors.
To benefit from free in-store delivery, select the store of your choice during the "delivery" step of your order.
Delivery outside the European Union
We deliver throughout the European Union and worldwide.
Customs fees related to your country of residence will be requested upon delivery.
CHRISTMAS PERIOD – EXTENDED EXCHANGES
For orders placed during the Christmas period, La Canadienne exceptionally extends the exchange period to offer you more flexibility for your returns after the holidays.
Returns and refunds
Upon receipt of your package and upon simple request, you can:
1/ Exchange your garment in case of a size issue or if you prefer another model.
If your garment is not suitable, or if the size is not correct, La Canadienne undertakes to exchange it free of charge or to issue you a credit note for the amount of your purchase. For your convenience, we accept your exchange request within 30 days following receipt of your order.
You will receive this number within 72 working hours following your return request. You then just need to return the garment in its original packaging, enclosing the warranty card provided with your garment.
Should the customer wish to return their order at their own expense, La Canadienne strongly advises returning by Colissimo to ensure tracking and insurance of the returned product (estimated costs of approximately €10.00/12.00).
Conditions:
You can make the return by your own means or request a prepaid label from customer service; in the latter case, a fee of €6.90 will be deducted from your refund.
For orders shipped outside metropolitan France and Belgium, return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
La Canadienne strongly advises returning by tracked parcel to ensure tracking and insurance of the returned product. La Canadienne is not responsible for the loss of a parcel returned on the customer's initiative.
IMPORTANT 1: an item can only be refunded or exchanged if it has not been worn, altered, and if all its original labels are still in place. La Canadienne reserves the right to refuse a refund/exchange if the product received does not comply with its original condition, or if the return period by the customer exceeds 30 days after receipt of the return number.
IMPORTANT 2: in accordance with article L121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for a contract for the supply of goods manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
Consequently, in the case of manufacturing a model with a characteristic, size or color not presented in our catalog, no return for refund can be made.
Depending on the nature of the personalization made on the ordered model, its return may be arranged, under conditions, against a credit note valid on our site or in one of our stores.
IMPORTANT 3: An exchange in store of a garment ordered online cannot lead to a refund by our internet service. The customer can request a new exchange in store, or the issuance of a credit note by the store valid for 1 year.
2/ Get a refund for your order.
La Canadienne undertakes to accept all returned products if your refund request is made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package.

You can make the return by your own means or request a prepaid label from customer service; in the latter case, a fee of €6.90 will be deducted from your refund.
Return costs outside metropolitan France and Belgium are not covered. Any order shipped internationally may be subject to a return for refund, provided that the request is made within 14 days after delivery.
Return costs outside metropolitan France and Belgium are the responsibility of the customer. In all cases, only the price of the purchased item excluding shipping costs will be refunded.
Upon receipt of the item in our premises, unworn and still tagged, La Canadienne will refund you the amount of your returned product within a maximum of 10 days.
To return your item, proceed as follows:
Go to your customer area to make the return request and select the reason.
Wait for authorization by email, which will be sent to you within a maximum of 72 working hours after your request.
Attach the warranty card and the sales receipt to your garment.
La Canadienne provides one free return label per order, for purchases of €150.00 and more.
IMPORTANT 1: an item can only be exchanged or refunded if it has never been worn and if all its original labels are still in place.
La Canadienne reserves the right to refuse a refund if the product received does not conform to its original condition, is damaged, or if the customer's return period exceeds 15 days after receipt of the return number.
IMPORTANT 2: any credit note obtained in one of our La Canadienne stores and used to pay on our online store cannot be refunded by our website. A new La Canadienne credit note will then be generated and can be used in store or online.
IMPORTANT 3: An exchange in store of a garment ordered online cannot lead to a refund by our internet service. The customer can request a new exchange in store, or the issuance of a credit note by the store valid for 1 year.
