Our belief is to offer durable clothing and to enable, through our services, to extend and ensure their lifespan. For every item purchased in one of our stores or on our online store, each customer receives a warranty card.

Maintenance
La Canadienne offers a maintenance service (degreasing) for cleaning leather, shearling, and fur using a traditional, skin-specific process. A bespoke service that respects the particularities of each garment to make it last longer.
Degreasing: Machine cleaning of skins, specialized and adapted to each material. For leather: the leather is then revived with a non-greasy nourishing cream applied manually.
For all types of garments (leather, suede/nubuck, shearling, fur)
Re-pigmentation: A covering action that restores color to leather by applying a layer of dye. For suede, a nourishing and waterproofing product is applied.
Concerns leather (e.g., patinated) and suede
La Canadienne advises you to degrease light-colored garments at the end of each season and every 2 to 3 years for other colors.
Please note, La Canadienne disclaims all responsibility for cleanings not carried out in our stores.
OUR WORKSHOPS
Our main stores are equipped with a specialized workshop for working with leather, shearling, fur, and textiles (down jackets/parkas).
A total of 4 specialists welcome you and take care of your garments. We provide complete follow-up for your clothing: cleaning, repairs, alterations, transformations… in person, and also remotely.
Our teams are trained in materials and new brands each season. They also benefit from training and complement their expertise with regular visits to workshops and tanneries.
Our range of services:
Alterations: Free for all garments purchased from us (excluding sales items)
Repairs: All garments purchased from us or elsewhere.
Transformation: We can transform all garments purchased from us or elsewhere.
Preferably entrust your maintenance work to us in the spring so that you are deprived of your garment for the shortest possible time in winter.
LOYALTY PROGRAM
To join our loyalty program, simply place an order on our online store or make a purchase in one of our boutiques. You will receive an invitation to complete the following necessary information to activate your account: surname, first name, date of birth, postcode, and email address.
Each purchase earns you points, giving you access to discount vouchers and exclusive benefits such as early access to in-store private sales, free alterations and cleaning, free delivery, private store events, and more.
CLOTHING CARE
Do you own delicate or valuable pieces that you want to keep guaranteed and secure when you're not wearing them?
Furs, shearling, leather: entrust us with your clothes during the summer season, and go on vacation with peace of mind!
From Easter to Christmas, we ensure they are stored in the best conditions, and guarantee them against theft, fire, water damage, etc. During this time, we can also carry out any necessary repairs and/or cleaning.
Once winter arrives, you'll be happy to find your items perfectly preserved and maintained.
This service is available in all our boutiques.
